Jason brings over 30 years of dedicated experience as a Physical Education and Health teacher. Alongside his Education degree, he holds a Masters in Teaching and Learning. Throughout his career, Jason has actively contributed to his district's educational initiatives, serving on pivotal committees such as the School Improvement Panel and the District Evaluation Advisory Committee. His influence extends beyond committees; he has been recognized as Teacher of the Year within his district.

Jason's impact reaches beyond his classroom walls. He is a sought-after presenter at industry workshops and conferences, where he passionately advocates for integrating movement into educational settings. Known for his infectious energy and effective teaching methods, Jason frequently receives invitations for return engagements and coaching opportunities.

Deirdre boasts a rich 25-year career in education, supported by degrees in Psychology and English, complemented by dual Masters in Social Work and Educational Leadership. Her journey began as a Child Study Team member, evolving into roles as a School Administrator, including stints as both Principal and Director of Special Education. Throughout her career, Deirdre has collaborated extensively with educators across diverse disciplines, offering invaluable support in developing and executing lesson plans.

Her leadership extends beyond individual schools; as a School Administrator, Deirdre worked closely with state officials to elevate district-wide test scores and enhance student achievement. Her unwavering commitment to student success has positioned her as a transformative figure in educational reform across numerous districts.

 After graduating from East Stroudsburg University in 2017, Chris embarked on a teaching and coaching journey at the high school level before settling into a role at a middle school in Fair Lawn. Over the past four years, he has distinguished himself as a crucial member of the PE/Health staff. Chris has assumed leadership roles, spearheaded new departmental initiatives, and consistently earned acclaim as a "Highly Effective" teacher in his annual evaluations. His commitment to the "Motivate With Movement" program reflects his deep understanding of how movement enhances student learning and engagement.
